Years ago, way back when I lived with my parents, there were not the awesome flameless candles that they have out today, which you can easily find online for some great deals. I recall one day that my sister actually had a fire occur in her bedroom because she left some candles unattended to. However, these days you don’t have to fret over causing a fire, or the indoor pollution that the smoke from normal candles can emit, because there are flameless candles! Slowly, over the course of the past two years or so, my wife and I have been replacing the wax candles that we used to burn in our home with safer and more efficient, longer lasting flameless candles. We still have some wax candles that are scented and placed around the home for looks, but we no longer burn them. Instead, whenever we are trying to set the mood, flameless candles do the trick quite nicely. And knowing that there is no wax dripping, and no risk of a fire being caused are just added benefits, if you ask me!
